I had a lovely stay, particularly enjoying the modern design of my room and the helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast was impressive, with a variety of freshly made options that catered to different tastes. However, I was disappointed by the valet parking process, which sometimes took longer than expected.

Loved the breakfast with made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit! However, the A/C was quite loud at night, making it tough to sleep. Overall, a nice stay!

stayed for 2 nights in a double room with two double beds. the hotel was very clean and looked new. loved the side sofa in the room for working while the kids slept. breakfast was decent, and it was a great bonus being close to the hilton across the street.

It was just a strong match for a short stay in San Jose with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff tried very hard, making the check-in process smoother despite being understaffed. Make sure to plan for the valet situation. it can be a bit hectic at times.

The king room with a sofa bed was clean and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. However, valet parking led to my car being broken into at the offsite lot, resulting in $200 worth of items stolen, which was very unsettling. Also, the restaurant's closure due to staffing issues was disappointing for a place of this caliber.
